Two Standard Wills for a couple: $499.00 + HST and disbursements (Power of Attorney’s are an additional cost)

* Please note, we require a 48 hour notice to cancel a Will/POA appointment. There is a $75.00 charge for any missed or cancelled without proper notice appointments.
For an additional $50.00 + HST, we can also provide you with two notarized copies of your Will at the time of your signing appointment.
Power of Attorney’s
Power of Attorney package for a couple: $350 + disbursements + HST (includes both Personal Care and Property)
Power of Attorney package for a single: $350 + disbursements + HST (includes both Personal Care and Property)
If you would like to complete your Power of Attorney’s at same time as your will: $299.00 + disbursements + HST
